A non-returnable deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking, and the balance should be paid by cheque made out to Mrs. D. Spencer, at least four weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. In the case of last minute bookings, payment must be made in cash upon arrival.

We are sorry we do not have the facilities to accept Credit Cards.

Unfortunately we have found it necessary to make a charge for excess electricity, (over £20 per week or £3 per day), therefore during the period from the third week of September to the end of April, a cash deposit of £20 will be required upon arrival and refunded in accordance with the meter reading prior to departure.

The key can be collected from our own bungalow at High Meadow from 4 p.m. onwards on the day of arrival and returned to us by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

N.B. It should be noted that we have no preferred start days.
