A non-returnable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, and the balance should be paid directly to our bank a/c or by cheque made out to Mrs. D. Spencer, at least four weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.

In the case of last minute bookings, payment must be made in cash upon arrival.

We are sorry we do not have the facilities to accept Credit Cards but are happy to receive interim payments by arrangement.

 

All heating and electricity is included during the months of May to the 3rd week in September after which an allowance of £25 per week is included.   Any excess electricity  will be charged at the current  market rate in accordance with the meter reading prior to departure.

 

We aim to provide a high level of comfort, cleanliness and convenience and we would ask guests to help us maintain these standards by treating all of the property  with care and respect.

 

The key can be collected from our own bungalow at High Meadow from 4 p.m. onwards on the day of arrival and returned to us by 10 30 a.m. on the day of departure.
